Beat License Terms
Canticle Beats by Alexander Ita
License Terms
These terms explain how Canticle Beats instrumentals may be licensed, used, credited, and released. Please review the license type you select before purchasing through BeatStars or requesting a custom agreement.
Important Note
These terms are a general explanation of Canticle Beats licensing. Your selected BeatStars license, invoice, receipt, and any custom written agreement will control the exact rights you receive. If you need legal certainty for a label release, sync placement, broadcast use, or major commercial project, request a written custom agreement before release.
License Options
Choose the license that fits your project. For serious artist releases, the Pro Trackout License is usually the best value because it gives your engineer the separated files needed for a stronger final mix.
Basic MP3 License
Best for demos, writing sessions, practice recordings, early song ideas, and starter releases.
Premium WAV License
Best for independent artists who want a higher-quality audio file for an official release.
Recommended
Pro Trackout License
Best for serious artists who want to record, mix, master, and release professionally with stem control.
Exclusive License
Best for buyers who want premium rights and want the beat removed from future public leasing.
Sync & Media License
Required for YouTube background use, podcasts, church media, film, ads, branded content, and visual/media placements.
General Terms for All Licenses
One Song or Project Use
Unless your license or custom agreement says otherwise, each license covers one new song, recording, or approved project using the selected instrumental.
Ownership
Alexander Ita / Canticle Beats retains ownership of the original beat, instrumental composition, and/or master recording unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The buyer owns their own lyrics, vocals, and original performance added to the beat.
No Resale or Redistribution
Buyers may not resell, lease, sublicense, upload, give away, redistribute, or claim ownership of the beat by itself. Stems and trackouts may only be used to create the approved song or project.
Credit Requirement
Credit must appear as “Produced by Alexander Ita” or “Prod. by Alexander Ita” unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Content ID and Rights Management
Buyers may not register the instrumental or finished song with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or similar systems in a way that blocks Alexander Ita / Canticle Beats or other valid licensees, unless written permission is given.
Sync and Media Use
Standard beat licenses are intended for artist/song releases. Film, TV, ads, branded campaigns, games, trailers, church media, YouTube background use, podcasts, and other visual/media placements may require a separate Sync & Media License.
Previous Non-Exclusive Licenses
If a beat is later sold exclusively, previous non-exclusive licenses remain valid according to the terms under which they were purchased.
Refunds
Because beat licenses and digital files are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once files are delivered, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of Canticle Beats instrumentals may result in takedown requests, monetization claims, retroactive licensing fees, or other available remedies.
